Open to 3D members only
Changing rooms, toilets and hot showers available poolside
Lightly chlorinated, unheated sea water - wetsuit is mandatory
Bring warm clothes for afterwards
You must be comfortable out of your depth in water and be able to repeat 100m sets without stopping.
