Coached cycle in Phoenix Park
Head coach Sean Farrell will run our first set of coached cycles in Phoenix Park. Intervals, brick run, cadence work etc.
Any bike suits but make sure to bring a helmet and some water. Session details and location will be posted on WhatsApp shortly before each session.

First open-water swim clinic of the year at the Clontarf baths (outdoors seawater chlorinated pool), before our first block in June.
Please remember that the water is not heated so you will need:
There are changing rooms and showers poolside, and you can easily park your car or lock your bike right in front of the pool.
